Accumulate your connotation in due time; release it in the most appropriate time in life

Your generation is featured by fairly low capacity of sharing and comparatively strong self-awareness. These are not necessarily weakness, for you can reserve your own self-awareness on the precondition that you will not hurt others. It is actually tolerance. If one constrains his personality excessively, he will not live a comfortable life; if one does not respect social laws at all, he will not make success, but become hindered by barriers created by social laws.

There is an ideal platform for you now. All of you are very young. The company you are working for is willing to provide experience and show sincerity to you. I hope that you will remember “sincerity” and feel the contribution made by others to you. You may feel a little disappointed when arriving here or may think that your tutor is not as excellent as you, or you may consider the company as an immature one. Notwithstanding, you should understand that Fantasia is a growing enterprise. You may have the sense of participation when undergoing development together with it. This is probably the difference between experience and feeling brought by a growing enterprise and those brought by a completely mature company.

I hope that you will settle your heart in learning and thinking, rather than excessively valuing personal gains, losses and feelings in this course, such as other people’s attitude towards you and various frustrations encountered by you in your work and life. Never get afraid of frustrations, for it will turn out to be a kind of fortune to your whole life if you go through it at young age, just as what we are advocating—accumulating your connotation in due time and releasing it in the most appropriate time in life.
